Our Team

Leadership Values

At Steel City Fellowship, we are committed to a model of leadership that reflects biblical accountability and shared responsibility. We believe in a plurality of elders, where leadership is carried by a team rather than a single individual.

Elder candidates are nominated by current elders and affirmed by a unanimous vote from church members. Every three years, sitting elders are brought back to the church for a member-led vote of reaffirmation.

In addition to our elders, we’re grateful for a dedicated group of Team Leaders who serve in a variety of roles. These leaders help meet the practical and spiritual needs of our church family through faithful service in their areas of ministry.
